Round 4 of the Born2RUn 10k trail series at Gosford forest, Co. Armagh.

Two members of LAC Sinead Marie McAllister and Tommy Linton carried on their 100% participation in the series.

In coldish but dry weather, 475 runners took to the start line to complete the undulating course with several turns and smallish climbs making any rhythm virtually impossible.

First home for the Club was Tommy in 117th place in 49.19mins to finish 2nd in the M60 closely followed by Sinead in 131st place in 50.46mins to finish 10th in the FO.

With only 2 events left at Antrim (29/1/22) and Castlewellan (19/2/22), Sinead who has just come off 2 big races in the running the Christmas Cracker and Race Over Glens in Glenariff is determined to break the 50min barrier which so far has eluded her.
