On Thursday the 5th May three Larne AC members took on the fourth week of the Hill & Dales Series.

This week was an all up race the finish line being the summit at the top of Slieve Binnian. A short but steep race of 5km with elevation of 750m.

Leaving half their calves somewhere on the way up Andy Gregg was first home for the club finishing 90th in a time of 36.47 and 6th in category. Next home was Bryan Magee finishing 113th time of 38.01 and 10th in category. Hanging on the a thread of what remained of her achilles Sinead-Marie Mcallister came in at 144th in a time of 41.09 and 5th in category.

Out of 222 runners that raced it was all worth it for the view at the top.
