On Sunday the 26th of March, four members of L.A.C travelled to Belfast Zoo for the first Zoo 5 km organised by Monkstown Spartans.

A two lap extremely hilly route around the Zoo.

263 finished the course.First home for Larne was Sean Mcallister 30th position 23.59, after a two week lay off due to a nail going through his foot ! Next home in 68th position 26.57 was Mark Todd having run the LAC 10 miler the day before, next home was Sinead-marie Mcallister 82nd in a time off 27.42 having also ran in a 10 mile mountain race the day before ,next was Catherine Todd 241st 43.15 having also completed L.A.C 10 miler the previous day.
