On Saturday 9th April 4 members of Larne AC took part in the BORN2RUN Glenarm Castle Challenge with participation in each of the Half Marathon, 10K and 5K distances.

Running through the castle grounds dating back to 1636, the working estate offered runners a scenic mix of forest trails, farmland and views along the Glenarm river.

In the Half Marathon Emmett Woods represented the club completing the challenging course in 1:46:23 (61/243).In the 10k Mark Todd running strong to complete the course in 49:43 (17/166).

In the 5k running together Sharon Bell and Catherine Todd completed the course in 33:33 positions 51 & 52/ 83 runners.
