On Friday the 5th of August 2022 Two members of LAC took part in the Mallusk 5 Mile Road Race a very demanding course with a hill climb of one half miles at the start.
Jordan Heron had an outstanding run in a time of 28.23 coming second overall. Sean Mcallister was 45th second in his Category in a time of 35.19 some one and half minutes faster than last year as always a very organised race by Mallusk Harriers.
