On Saturday the 19th of August Sean Mcallister LAC competed in the N Ireland Masters Track and field ,competitor’s from The S.Ireland, Scotland and N.Ireland took part in his events.

Sean competed in the 3000 metres and won a Silver medal behind the Irish champion although not near him !

40 minutes later Sean took part in the 1500 metres again gaining Silver behind the British champion from Larne Davy Clarke.
