On Saturday the 25th of June 2022 , Sean McAllister represented Larne AC at the N. Ireland Masters Track and Field competing in the 3000 metres ,
The event took place at The Mary Peters Track in very windy conditions, Sean was put into Heat two due to numbers with mixed aged groups at the end of the event Sean was unaware of his position due to the mixed age groups and was leaving the track when he was called back having won the Bronze !
