NI and Ulster Championship Bangor 10k

Three members represented Larne AC at the NI and Ulster Championships Bangor 10k on Saturday 24th September.

A high quality field of runners with over 650 competitors. Records were set by race winner Ben Branagh (St Malachies) who achieved the course’s first ever sub 30 minute time of 29:54 and also by first female winner, Jessica Craig (North Down), who ran a time of 34:39.

Larne AC’s Jordan Heron finished in a very impressive 21st place overall. Jordan also added another outstanding PB of 33:22 to his name.

Martan Keane was next home for the club finishing in 62nd place overall and with another competitive time of 37:55. (11th M40)

Juliane Keane finished in 127th place overall and 13th female with a PB of 42:38 (3rd F50).
