Larne Parkrun
Five Larne AC members took part in the local event with Thompson Crawford leading them home finishing 9th in 22:55 an excellent run progressing well his preparation for BCM. John Steele followed 14th in 23:33, then Mark Todd 17th in 24:45, then Ian Brennan finished 27th in 29:16 and completing the contingent was our only lady Michelle Woods finishing 28th in 30:45.
