Larne Parkrun

On a warm clammy Saturday morning 8 members of Larne AC took part in the local parkrun.

Martan Keane just back from his holidays had a brilliant run finishing first in a great time of 20:22. Nigel Kane was second home for the Club finishing 5th overall with another steady run in 22:23. Alan Lockington was next pushing wee Holly in the buggy finishing 14th in a time of 24:48.

Sandy Plumb with the trainers all dusted down and laced up again had a great run finishing 17th in a time of 25:25 with John Steele running with him coming in in 25:26. Ian Brennan can in next with another good run finishing 26th in 26:56 followed closely by Paul Magil 30th in 28:13. Ruth McIlroy training hard for London just missed out in a sub 30 finishing 37th in 30:10.
