Larne Parkrun

Seven LAC members joined a strong field of 51 participants to take part in this challenging course.

John Steele was first home for the Club, continuing his recent fine vane of form at this distance putting in a great run to finish 9th in 21:09 followed closely by Martan Keane after his great run in Dublin last Sunday finishing 11th in 21:28. Thompson Crawford continued his steady progress finishing 24th in 23:42 then our 1st lady home was Sinead-Marie McAllister coming out of the forest trails to cap a strong run finishing 31st in a great time of 25:59. Great to see young Ashlynn Rodgers back running this course finishing 39th in 27:58. Next home for the Club was Michelle Woods narrowly missing that sub 30 but put in great run finishing 41st in 30:00 closely followed by Diane Hawthorne finishing 44th in 32:09.

Victoria Parkrun

The Noble Father and Son duo travelled to Belfast to run this very popular course.

Luke Noble continue his great progression putting in a great effort to finish 176th in a superb time of 31:29 followed closely by David Noble finishing 179th in a time 31:37, well done LAC Team Noble.
